Brief description of the subject of the order: 5-year inspections of building structures, The subject of the order is a service consisting in: performing a periodic inspection every 5 years consisting of checking the technical condition and suitability for use of building structures, the aesthetics of building structures and their surroundingsin accordance with the Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended), collective assessment of the technical efficiency and utility value of construction facilities and determination of renovation/investment needs. Location: Dblin: 33 buildings; 61 structures Okuninka: 4 buildings; 19 holiday homes; 8 buildingsli. The scope of the service includes: 1) Checking the technical condition of: building elements, structures and installations exposed to harmful atmospheric influences and destructive effects of factors occurring during the use of the facility, installations and devices for environmental protection, suitability for use of the buildingovulation, the aesthetics of the building and its surroundings. 2) Examination of the electrical and lightning protection installations in terms of the efficiency of connections, accessories, protection and fire protection measures, insulation resistance of wires and grounding of installations and devices; 3) Energy efficiency assessment...
