- The subject of the order is to perform periodic 5-year inspections of construction facilities - flood embankments and weirs, consisting in assessing the technical condition, safety and suitability for use of construction facilities together with devices integrally related to them, as well as assessing aesthetics of buildings and their surroundings. The embankments and weirs are located within the area of operation of the Water Supervision Authority in Lubsko. The assessment of the technical condition of hydrotechnical facilities should be developed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, technical requirements and applicable legal regulations in in particular: Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Act of July 20, 2017 - Water Law.
