- Dear Sir or Madam, Ordering Party PKP TELKOL sp. z o.o. informs about the initiation of proceedings under No. WNP - 020623 entitled "5-year Technical and Construction Inspection of Overhead Lines" . The subject of the proceedings is to perform a periodic 5-year inspection of telecommunications overhead lines owned by PKP TELKOL in Poland in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 2, point 4, and art. 62a of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418) and in accordance with the regulations in force on the premises of PKP PLK SA, in particular available on the PKP PLK website. Pursuant to Art. 62. paragraph 2) the Act construction law, as part of the inspection, it is necessary to check the technical condition and suitability for use of the building, the aesthetics of the building and its surroundings. . The inspection can only be carried out by persons with construction licenses in the appropriate specialty and the required qualifications when supervising the operation of devices, installations and telecommunications networks. . The inspection should be performed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, taking into account the requirement of due diligence applicable to contracts of this type.
