• The subject of the contract is the supply of X-ray machines, arm C I, II - medical devices, including diagnostic ones, for the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026, for the needs of SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań. prof. Ludwik Bierkowski. The subject of the order should be factory-made new, ready for work without any additional purchases and investments, delivered at the Contractor's expense, risk and transport, along with documentation in Polish. The description of the subject of the order including information about the assortment, quantities and its requirements is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - form assortment and price list and Annex No. 2A - Description of the Subject of the Order. The year of production of the given equipment or medical device is consistent with the year of delivery. The term of the guarantee and warranty granted by the Contractor: 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report without any comments. Subject of the order also includes training of the Ordering Party's staff in the scope of ongoing operation, maintenance and operation of the offered equipment. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor. The ordering party requires the delivery of brand new devices as part of the order used in the medical environment. It is not allowed to offer used, reconditioned or demonstration devices.
