- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of computer hardware and software for the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała as part of the project "Development of digital services and increasing the level of cybersecurity at the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care", in the types specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms and Conditions and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification of Conditions.2. Delivery of software included in the scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery of license codes or program media with all codes/instructions that will enable its legal and correct installation and operation for all purchased licenses. 3. All devices and software licenses delivered under the order, must be free from physical and legal defects, brand new and unused before the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters, excluding use necessary to test their correct operation.
