- The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products, including those used as part of chemotherapy and drug programs, and medical devices. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the terms of reference (SWZ). The order includes 5 packages (parts). The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of packages (parts). In the Price Form (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), the Ordering Party requires the trade name of the drug, the name of the Manufacturer and the GTIN. The validity period of the offered subject matter of the contract cannot be less than 6 months from the date of each delivery. The offered subject of the order: must be admitted to the marketing of medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Parts 1,2,3,5), meet the requirements of the Act on food and nutrition safety of on August 25, 2006 (Part 4). The Ordering Party does not impose any restrictions as to the origin of the Contractor or the subject of the order in terms of market availability and participation in this procedure.
