Description:
The subject of the order covers the following scope:
- delivery of the subject of the order to the headquarters of the ordering party
- installation and commissioning of the supplied apparatus/equipment,
- training of the ordering staff in the field of operation, cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the delivered item orders,
- training medical staff (2 surgical teams) in the operation and use of a surgical robot to perform medical procedures,
- providing the required documents (in accordance with the provisions of the contract).
A detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in Annex No 2 - Technical parameters.
on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended), met the requirements specified in other applicable special provisions and standards regarding subject of the contract and met the minimum requirements specified in the SWZ. The contractor must have documents confirming the above and is obliged to provide them to the ordering party upon request and at any time.
The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be new, free from physical and legal defects and factory-packed, produced no earlier than 2025.
An equivalent solution should be understood as the use of a parameter other than the one described, while maintaining the technical, quality, utility or functional parameters referred to in SWZ. Zao...
