- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a pharmaceutical service consisting in the preparation of mixtures for parenteral nutrition, made on the basis of individual prescriptions, along with the delivery of the finished mixture in the form of bags according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions, for the Neonatal Department of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biaej Al. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biaa, under the conditions specified in this Chapter and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to stz.2. The execution of the subject of the order will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor.3. The mixtures will be prepared in the Parenteral Nutrition Laboratory of the Contractor's Pharmacy using a mixer in a bed with laminar air flow.
