Description:
In accordance with Annex No. 12 (applicable to a given part) - Description of the Subject of the Order
Sanitary transport - Transport of blood, blood derivatives and other biological materials
In accordance with Annex No. 12.1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.
Requirements for the provision of the service:
1) vehicles used to provide the services covered by this order have all tests, approvals and insurance required by law in the scope of this order, which the Contractor undertakes to present at each request of the Ordering Party;
2) vehicles used for the provision of Services meets the minimum EURO 6 exhaust emission standards.
3) The contractor will ensure the participation of electric or natural gas-powered vehicles in accordance with the provisions of the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289, as amended).
Transport sanitary - Sanitary transport of products for enteral and parenteral nutrition
