Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of reagents for the needs of the screening of biological activity tests and the collection of biological material, dedicated to the sequencing of a full -man man using the Illumina(r) NextSeq 2000 sequencer, which is owned by above User.
Above Reagents belong to group 8, i.e. chemical reagents to highly specialized research applications (for research, experimental, scientific purposes
and developmental).
2. The order of the contract is financed by the medical research agency under contract no 2023/ABM/02/00003-00.
However, the quantities given in the sheet are only a forecast needed to compare offers. In the course of the contract, the Employer will order Reagents in quantities consistent with the real needs of users.
4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterized the products supplied by a specific contractor have been indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way. In such situations, possible indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process should be read with "or equivalent" words.
