The subject of the contract in this procedure is the construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with services together with multi-wire underground garages with internal installations: water and sewage, electrical, photovoltaic, central heating, and mechanically supported ventilationtogether with the necessary technical infrastructure (external installations: sanitary and rainwater sewage, electrical), tight rainy gardens, ground parking, retaining walls and land development - Malbork, ul. ZakopiaΕska, 82-200 Malbork; Name of the registration unit:220901_1; precinct 0017 Malbork - Stage II.
2. The order includes the construction:
A.3 type C residential buildings (2 buildings C without services and one building with services) - a building with 4 above -ground floors with a basement with an internal, corridor communication system and a central cageStair. The body of C -type buildings planned for a rectangular plan is simple and legible. The object has 4 floors, topped with a gable roof. In the central part of the block there is a visually emphasized staircase. From the ground floor level it is possible to access residential and service(Cu9 building). At each level, in the corridors there are installation shafts with the metering of individual utility installations. Technical rooms are provided in underground floors.
