• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of petroleum products for the years 2026-2028, carried out in accordance with with the "Quality Requirements" indicated by the Ordering Party, included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter III, section 1 SWZ. 2. Delivery of the subject of the order in 2027 and 2028 will be performed provided that that the Ordering Party by December 22, 2026 and December 22, 2027, respectively, will receive confirmation from the Expert Institution that in the financial years 2027 and 2028 it will receive funds for the implementation of part or the entire delivery to be carried out in 2027 and 2028 and that the Ordering Party, after receiving confirmation of the availability of the financial resources referred to above, will immediately notify the Contractor in writing or by e-mail or fax about the need to carry out part or all of the delivery planned to be carried out subsequently in 2027 and 2028. 3.The right of options - applies to all tasks. 1) The Ordering Party envisages the possibility of using the "Option Right" (Article 441(1) of the Act on Public Procurement, consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract, specified at to the assortment and quantity in the table contained in Chapter III section 1 SWZ in column No. 4 called "basic quantity", a maximum of the quantities indicated in column No. 5 called "option quantity". 2)About your intention to use...
