Description:
1. The scope of the order includes: 1) Preparation of an architectural and construction inventory and collection of data in order to determine the conditions for the implementation of construction works and changes to the building's substance. 2) Preparation of a building inventory, scan together with a 3D facade model. 3) Preparation of a conceptual design together with PFU in the field of architecture, internal installations, taking into account data from the energy audit,4) Preparation of external visualizations showing the adopted concept - applies to the building after thermal modernization.5) Preparation of a structural expertise for the selected concept of building reconstruction.6) Consultations with fire department appraisers. of April 12, 2002 (as amended) on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, together with by arrangement alternative solutions indicated therein with the appropriate provincial Fire Brigade Commander.
