- 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the helicopter landing pad at the Hospital Emergency Department of the District Hospital. Dr. Jzefa Rostek in Racibórz in the design and build formula, consisting of, among others: a) preparing documentationb) carrying out modernization the existing landing field to the applicable regulations and concept guidelines, c) removal of a group of five trees due to changes in direction on the western side, which create a new aviation obstacle, d) construction of this TROF line, e) construction of a new FATO field marker, f) installing the L-HAPI (or HAPI) glide path indicator on the landing field, g) installing the second wind direction indicator on the roof of the tallest hospital building (block A), h) eliminating the main approach direction light to the landing site, i) making two arrows directional signals, located on the landing field and equipped with 4 white recessed lamps for each arrow,j) moving the identification beacon from its current location (lower hospital building) to the superstructure of the highest hospital building,k) rebuilding the communication route,l) installing 6 projector lamps (general), m) supplementing obstacle markings, hospital buildings with white and red ...
