- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery of a compact mini loader with a hydrostatic drive, equipped with an operator's cabin with a protective structure (2 pieces). A detailed description of the assortment is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order in the Assortment and Price Form (hereinafter referred to as the "List"), constituting an attachment. No. 2 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation and settlement of the subject of the order (delivery) are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party expects the unit price to be provided with an accuracy of 2 decimal places. The amount the Ordering Party intends to allocate for the implementation orders: PLN 372,000.00 gross. The Ordering Party envisages invalidation of the procedure if the public funds it intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted.
