1. The subject of the order is: placebo for the purposes of clinical examination and test product management service covering documentation, labeling, repacking and dismissal for use in a clinical trial; storage of the studied products along with their inventory, release from the warehouse, transport to clinical centers and utilization for the needs of the project "A randomized, double-blind, three parallel-group, placebo controlled superiority trial assessing the effect of intrcrvenous versus oral iron supplementation on physical performance in iron deficient FRAIL elderly IndiviDuals with cardiovascular disease (FRAIL-IDtrial)".
2. Krotki opis przedmiotu zamowienia: The subject of the contract is a service covering the following tasks:
a) Task 1. Development of IMPD for placebo in tablets (placebo Tardyferon or equivalent) and developing label patterns,
b) Task 2. Production of placebo medicine Tardyferon or equivalent,
c) Task 3. Considering:
- Acceptance of delivery, appropriate marking, transitioning and release of the product for clinical examination - ampoules containing sodium chloride 0.9% (NACL) in a volume of 10 ml in an amount of 2138 pieces, which will constitute intravenous placebo,
- delivery of delivery, repacking, appropriate marking, Training and release of the product for a clinical trial - taking into account the transfer of Tardyferon or equivalent tablets (Ferrous Sulfate, 80 mg) to new unit bottles - in the amount of 54,000 pieces,
