4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of servers for the University of Lodz.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.3.The delivery includes brand new and unused equipment.
PURCHASE OF CO-FINANCED SERVERS FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF LODZ AS PART OF THE "STAY - SYSTEMIC PROGRAM FOR MINIMIZING THE DROP-OUT PHENOMENON AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LODZ" PROJECT
4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of servers for the University of Lodz.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.3.Delivery includes brand new and unused equipment.
4.4. The term "purchase" should be understood as providing, at your own expense and risk, the equipment required by Ordering Party.
The order is homogeneous and indivisible.
4.6. Submitting an offer already the subject of the order not meeting all parameters or having parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 will result in rejection of the offer.
4.7. The Contractor will provide all necessary and up-to-date electronic drivers for the equipment.
4.8. The Ordering Party does not provide any possibilities submitting variant offers.
4.9. The Ordering Party does not intend to conclude a framework agreement.
4.10. The Ordering Party does not intend to establish a dynamic purchasing system.
4.11. The Ordering Party does not intend to select the most advantageous offer using an auction electronic.
