4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of access to sports and recreational facilities for employees of the University of Lodz, their family members, persons from outside the University of Lodz, access to swimming pools for children of employees of the University of Lodz and children of persons from outside the University. Łodzkie up to 15 years of age (swimming pool passes) in the form of a monthly subscription. Family members include, among others: spouses and children up to the age of 18, and also if they are in education until they complete their education, but no longer than until they are 25 years of age - detailed description the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (later an annex to the contract).

4.1.
