The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. So the Contractor has possibility submitting an offer in relation to one, several or all parts of the subject of the order specified in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. However, the Ordering Party does not allow dividing the order into a single part, which will be treated as submitting an incomplete offer and will result in rejection of an offer for a given item.
4.6. Submitting an offer for the subject of the order that does not meet all the parameters or has parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 will result in the rejection of the offer.
