- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of cereal, legume and potato products to military units and training centers in accordance with the assortment and quantity list contained in Chapter IV - "Description of parts of the order" SWZ and in the "Offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the "Option Right". The "Option Right" will be implemented under the same conditions and deadlines as the basic order. Contractors in the event of failure to exercise the "Option Right" as to the scope unrealized deliveries specified in the tables in Chapter IV of the ToR, in the column called "option quantity", there are no claims against the Ordering Party, including in particular claims for payment of expected benefits. "Option right" means that the quantity of the item finally ordered will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor about the intention to exercise the "Option Right", along with the quantity of the subject of the order and the place of its delivery, within the deadline specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products that are the subject of the proceedings during the execution of the contract.
4. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party in writing about any change in the occurrence of allergens in the delivered products. products... - Documents:
