Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of vegetable and fruit products to military units
assortment and quantity list included in Chapter IV - "Description of parts of the order" of the SWZ and in the "Offer form" constituting an attachment nr 1 to SWZ.
the same conditions and terms as the basic order. supplies specified in the tables in Chapter IV of the SWZ, in the column called "option quantity", there are no claims against the Ordering Party, in particular claims for payment of expected benefits. the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor within the deadline specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
