3 The subject of this order includes the followingParts:
part 1 - RTG type shoulder C (1 pc)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A to SWZ,
part 2 - Laboratory weight (2 pcs)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ,
part 3 - mobile vision track with videolaryngoscopes (1 pcs.)specified in Annex 4C to SWZ,
part 4 - Videondoscope (6 pcs)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4D to SWZ,
part 5 - assistant cough (3 pcs)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ,
part 6 - monitor for measuring vital parameters (3 pcs)
with parameterstechnical specified in Annex 4F to SWZ,
3. The above -mentioned equipment must meet the border parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E and 4F to SWZ. Failure to meet at least one
from border parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, respectivelyand 4F to SWZ will reject the offer.
