Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive advisory and supervisory service to improve the functioning of the Hospital Emergency Department at the Wojewodzki Szpital Zespolony im. dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin, along with the maintenance of cost optimization obtained underimplementation of the contract within 36 months from the conclusion of the contract, along with staff training.
Detailed requirements, provisions and conditions regarding the performance of obligations regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the draft contracts (Appendix No. 2 to the ToR; draft contract for the service and projectt agreements on entrusting the processing of personal data), which are an integral part of the SWZ.
