- 1. The subject of the contract is: "A comprehensive water rescue service in water areas in the Ustka commune in 2025-2027.
2. The order of the contract includes:
1) the tasks of water rescue throughout the entire area of ββthe Ustka commune - throughout the entire duration through:
a) ongoing analysis of threats throughout the wholearea of ββthe Ustka commune,
b) marking of dangerous places throughout the entire area of ββthe Ustka commune,
c) performing permanent duty of water rescuers and, if necessary, immediately undertaking a rescue operation throughout the entire area of ββthe Ustka commune.
2) determining the safety conditions of the floating, bathing personsto be or practicing sport or recreation in water areas in sea bathing areas in the city, in the m. Planted, in DΔbin and in PrzewΕoka - by preparing relevant documents required by law regarding the subject of the contract;
3) substantive positions of the position (expressingopinions) to draft local law acts in the scope of the subject of the contract, in particular giving opinions on the draft resolution of the Ustka Commune Council on the list of bathing areas in the Ustka commune;
4) substantive occupation of the position (expressing opinions) to the applications and comments of the Ordering Party in the scope of the Ordering Partyregarding the safety of floating, bathing or practicing sport or recreation in water areas in the Ustka commune;
5), if necessary, participation in the meetings of the Head of the Ustka Commune and the Commune Council
