Description: 1. The subject of the order is to perform activities in the field of maintenance, current repair and removal of the emergency failures and air conditioning devices and refrigeration installations for mechanical ventilation needs in the provincial police facilities in Łódź and its subordinate entities.
2. The Ordering Party shall first examine and evaluate offers, and subsequent entity qualifications by the Contractor whose offer was the highest rated, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings (Article 139 (1). 1 UPZP).
3. Due to the application of the procedure from art. 139 par. 1, the Employer does not require submission together with the offer of the statement referred to in art. 125 para. 1UPZP.
