Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the design, implementation and launch of the Ordering Party's website, hereinafter referred to as the Platform, used for publishing and presenting various types of teaching methods. As part of the implementation of the subject order, the Contractor will be obliged to: a) design, build, implement and run the Platform on the Ordering Party's infrastructure, b) develop a complete graphic design of the Platform, c) prepare graphic elements intended for use in film materials published on the Platform, d) providing 3-month technical support for the Platform, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without comments, which will include removing errors and faults not detected during testw.e) transfer of proprietary copyrights to the completed subject of the order.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) can be found in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 5.
