Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of this contract is: a service consisting in organizing and conducting by the Contractor for the Employer training in the field of management within five separate thematic scopes:, 1) Topic No. 1: Internal auditor of the IS quality management systemO 9001:2015;, 2) Subject No. 2: Internal auditor of integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001;, 3) Subject No. 3: Internal auditor of GMP/GHP and HACCP food safety systems according to ISO 22000:2018;, 4) Topic No. 4: Data Security Officer - Specialist for information security on the badoes not require ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 27002:2017;, 5) Topic No. 5: Laboratory management according to the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018., 2. Detailed information on individual training topics, including: minimum scope substantive, didactic equipment, method of implementation, duration, number of groupstraining courses and the number of participants in the training groups, the type of documents confirming the completion of the training - is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR.
