KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to exercise a solution to the preparation of Polish inscriptions in Subrip format further specified as SRT (from the file extension of this format) to the realized video production from the events organized by IPN (scientific and popular scientific conferences, debates, discussion panels, filming , Reportay, interviews, celebrations, promotion of the Wyn Publications IPN, Wernisay exhibitions, press conferences, and other), in accordance with the acts of 4 April 2019 on the accessibility of digital websites and mobile applications of public entities and with all the requirements described, as standard WCAG 2.1 (https://wcag21.lepszyweb.pl/#toc). Subtitles should take into account the text information contained in graphic boards, i.e. they should contain, among others Title and cycle names, OSB data occurring in the material, which are visible on the so-called Beams in the image, and others - important for understanding the film Subtitles found in the image (eg blanket subtitles or presentation boards). A particular description of the order of the order contains a number 4 to the SWWZ description of the order of the order.
