- The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the protection of persons and property for GDDKiA Branch in Zielona Gora, at ul. Racula- Wierzbowa 6, 66-004 together with the adjacent area (square with buildings and garages) plot No. 324/6. Until the contractor's duties, in particular: 1) careful performance duties, aimed at protecting the property of the Ordering Party against theft and devastation and securing the contracting authority against the interference of third parties; 2) providing the subject of the service in accordance with the scope and type of work and the working time (hours/days) in the manner indicated in this description subject of the order:- on business days from 16.00 to 7.00 the next day,- days off 24 hours a day, one person by rotatingly changing employees; 3) keeping the journal of the course of service; 4) immediate intervention in the event of a threat to the security of the object and property, and in particular in the event of:- preventing disruptions of order in a protected area and notifying the Employer about events causing violation of order;- notifying the police about criminal deeds existing in the protected area and securing the place of their commitment to time of arrival of the police;- notifying the fire brigade about the fire and taking actions aimed at mastering the fire before the arrival of relevant services; 5) keeping documentation related to the protection of the object and property, and registering all observations, comments and others is...
