3 Employer in accordance with the provision of art. 441 para. 1 Public Procurement Law provides for the possibility of applying the right to reduce or rotateexpected quantities of participants of the trip in the range of maximum +/- 5 people. Ordering, the right of the option will not benefit or use in honor. Order implemented as part of the option is the unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Using the Ordering Entity Options in terms of reducing quantities by the rightParticipants in the range of 5 OSB of the trip will not give rise to the contractor for any claims in relation to the contracting authority. The Contractor will accept and make a residence after receiving a notification from the ordering that he intends to use the right. Principles regarding the implementation of the devoted fallBy law, the option will be the same as those that apply with the basic polish.
