Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and contract is the selection of a contractor in the scope of system delivery to analyze a single cell protein, as part of the project entitled "Civilization and age -related therapy center." Co -financing is granted on the basis of the RegulationMinister of Funds and Regional Policy of September 27, 2023, on the provision of financial assistance by the Information Processing Center-National Research Institute under the program "European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027", based on contract No. Feng.02.04-IP.04-0005/24-00concluded between the Information Processing Center - the National Research Institute and the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum.
2. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the contracting authority intendedallocated to finance the order, they were not awarded to him.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract determining the functions, technical parameters and the required conditions as well as the addition of the scoring subject of the contract includes Annex A to SWZ, i.e. functions, technical parameters and required conditions andIn addition, scored, which is an integral part of SWZ. The contracting authority requires all the elements proposed by the Contractor to be compatible with each other and provide full functionality without the need for additional investments from the contracting authority.
