Description: The subject of the order is a written translation service certified by a sworn translator in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 25 November 2004 on a sworn translator profession (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1326), documents containing data on the conviction of Polish citizens by courts foreign countries (ie lifts from criminal records of foreign countries containing the essence of a judgment or information, eg about the execution, donation, punishment of punishment, etc. or write-offs of judgments) from English, German, French, Russian, Norwegian and Turkish to Polish. Translated documents form the basis for registration of information about the conviction in the National Criminal Register, in accordance with art. 1 point 2 point 4 of the Act of 24 May 2000 on the National Criminal Register (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1158 and 2021 item 187).
