- The subject of the fall is the acceptance and management of waste from the implementation of the processing of the SPK in the scope of waste collection. The order includes the development of mixed waste from construction, renovation and removal of others than mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 (waste code - 17 0904). As waste management, it is necessary to understand segregation (sorting) in the process of processing taking into account the provisions of art. 101a para. 1 of the Waste Act, as is the further development of waste generated as a result of this segregation (sorting) in processes ensuring their retrievanceThe use of (for each of the featured wood, metal, sieve, plastics, gypsum, mineral waste, including concrete, brick, pythra and ceramic materials and stones). Further waste management can be implemented by the contractor, sorted waste fractions can also bedirected to entities (further waste owners) with permits required for further processing of these fractions in recycling and recovery, in accordance with the hierarchy of informed with waste (Article 18 of the Waste Act).
