Description:
The subject of the order is the acceptance and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05 - in accordance with the waste catalog constituting an annex to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10 - hereinafter referred to as in further part with sediments).
This order has been divided into 2 parts.
Part 1 - The subject of the order is the acceptance and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge produced in sewage treatment plants listed in point 2.1.4 (waste code 19 08 05).
Estimated amount of sediment produced in the Employer's sewage treatment plants, intended for processing in accordance with the Contractor's decision for processing (recovery and/or disposal) during the term of the contract, i.e. 24 months from the date of signing the contract, amounts to 10,640 Mg
Part 2 - Subject of the order is the acceptance and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) from the sewage treatment plant in Łopuszna.
Estimated amount of sludge with increased chromium content (according to analyzes carried out in 2020-2025, the chromium content in the sludge ranged between 741 and 4990 mg/kg s.m.) produced in the sewage treatment plant in Łopuszna (ul. Szkolna 16, 34-432 Łopuszna), intended for processing in accordance with the Contractor's decision for processing (recovery and/or disposal) during the term of the contract, i.e. 24 months from the date of signing the contract, is 2 000...
