Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the adoption and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05 - in accordance with the waste catalog annex to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste directory, Journal of Laws 2020 item 10 - called infurther part of the settlements).
2. The subject of the contract is the adoption and processing of stable municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) from the sewage treatment plant in Łopuszna.Chromium in the settlement ranged between 741 and 4990 mg/kg s.m.) produced in the sewage treatment plant in Łopuszna (ul. Szkolna 16, 34-432 Łopuszna), provided for processing in accordance with the decision held by the contractor for processing (recovery and/or disposal) during the contract, i.e.until December 31, 20125, it is 550 mg.The waste directory constituting an attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 2, 2020 on the waste directory, Journal of Laws 2020 item 10 - later called settlements).
