Description:
1. The maximum annual amount of leachate water to be received and treated is 13,000 m3.2. septic tanks with a capacity of 10 m3 and 25 m3. exercise this activity on his behalf. If the subject of the order is implemented to an extent less than the expected maximum amount of leachate, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims.4. The Contractor will perform the subject of the order with the utmost care required from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as the SWZ and the offer, which will constitute an integral part contracts.
