Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select the Contractor in the scope of access to 40 titles of foreign magazines in the online version in 2026 for the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow, respectively, in relation to one to thirty-five parts of the subject of the order, with whereby one title corresponds to one part of the subject of the order, with the exception of the JAMA journal package (JAMA + JAMA Internal Medicine + JAMA Neurology + JAMA Ophthalmology JAMA Surgery) and the Cancer Research + Clinical Cancer Research journal package.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order together with the calculation of the offer price is included in Annex A to the Offer Form (1 file in excel).2.Other requirements regarding the subject of the order are described in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
