- 1. The subject of the Agreement, also referred to as the Subject of the Order, is the successive delivery of:
1) satellite images from permanent satellite monitoring of very high resolution (VHR2), in the total amount of 96,000 km2, covering the territory of the Republic of Poland - Part No. 1 of the Order;
2) very high resolution satellite imagery (VHR1), in the total amount of 30,000 km2, covering the territory of the Republic of Poland - Part No. 2 of the Order.
