Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select the Contractor for the online access to textbooks service in 2026 for the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if The public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance the order have not been granted. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order together with the calculation of the offer price is included in Annex A to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of the changes granted answers to the Contractors' questions. 1.3 The Contractor's responsibilities will include: 1.3.1 Access to 676 textbook titles online in 2026. on the IBUK Libra platform or equivalent operated by the Contractor.1.3.2 Access to textbooks in electronic version will be available to a maximum number of simultaneous Authorized Users, specified in Appendix A to the SWZ (column No. 10 Number of accesses) without time limits (24/h) using the Ordering Party's IP addresses indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the contract template.
