Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of construction robs associated with the road construction as part of the investment task entitled: Access road to PL within the municipal road ul. Chopin in Myszkow (episode from property No. 11a to start with Dziak No. 148), consisting of: 1) roczny cinania and grubbing up the groves Redium Gstoci; 2) execution of the trough along with the export and utilization of material; 3) making a ground foundation stabilized with a hydraulic binder; 4) making a foundation of Amana aggregate 0/63; 5) making the surface of Amana aggregate 0/31.5.2. The subject of the fall was described in detail in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ description of the subject of the skew and in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ Documentation for the implementation of the fall. 3. The contractor, making the subject of the pollination in accordance with the technical specifications of the construction and acceptance of construction robs and in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 24 June 2022. In the case of technical and construction provisions regarding public vibrations (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1518), it will adapt the subject of the pollight to the needs of all users, providing the access to the non-firm OSB. 4.
