The subject of the order is the service of access to the Legal Information System for 2 locations of the District Court in Szczecin - Prawobrzee i Zachd in Szczecin, location Szczecin Plac onierza Polskiego 16 and in Police ul. Korczaka 13/15. The subject of the order includes access via the Internet (via a browser websites) to current and regularly updated legal information systems, enabling the correct performance of judicial activities based on a full database of legal acts, including comments and case law in legal information systems offered on the market.2. Subject of honor and order there will be access to the database of the electronic legal information system (SIP) in the online version for judges, officials and other employees of common organizational units of the court at least until: a. legal acts of applicable law, b. Polish monitor, c. official journals, d. acts of local law, e. acts of European law, f. jurisprudence of courts, administration and templates of official letters, g. refer to legal references and bibliography, h. comments and monographs, i. procedural, civil, criminal and labor law systems, acceleration functionality ...
