The subject of the order is the service of access to the legal information system for the District Court in Koszalin and the subordinate functional District Courts: the District Court in Sawno and the District Court in Wacz. The subject of the order includes access via the Internet (via a web browser) to current and up-to-date information. updated legal information systems, enabling the correct performance of judicial activities based on a full database of legal acts, including comments and case law lines in legal information systems offered on the market. Part I: The subject of part I of the order will be access to the electronic database legal information system (SIP) in the online version to judges, officials and other employees of common organizational units of the court at least until: a. legal acts of applicable law, b.
