- 3.1 The subject of the order is the provision of recreational and sports services in the form of access to sports and recreational facilities for a maximum number of 2,370 authorized persons (employees and family members) of the Medical University of ΕodΕΊ. Family members include spouses and children under 18 years of age life, and also if you continue your education until you complete your education, but no later than until you turn 25.3.2 The service will enable access to sports and recreational facilities in the form of: a) unlimited for 1,800 people, to at least 115 facilities in the city of ΕodΕΊ and to at least 155 facilities in in the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship (excluding the city of ΕodΕΊ);b) limited (8 visits per month) for a maximum number of 400 people, to at least 60 facilities in the city of ΕodΕΊ and to at least 40 facilities in the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship (excluding the city of ΕodΕΊ);c) unlimited (swimming pool facilities) - for children until the age of 15 for 170 people, to at least 5 facilities in the city of ΕodΕΊ and to at least 10 facilities in the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship (excluding the city of ΕodΕΊ).
