Description:
The subject of this tender procedure is the purchase of accessories for vascular procedures - patches, prostheses, surgical threads (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and price form" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance withbottom with the Offer Form, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

PTFE dentures with a two-layer wall structure; equipped with a steel tip for easy attachment to the tunnelizer (can be removed); porosity: outer layer 60 μm, inner layer 60/20 μm. Standard thicknesswall thickness 0.58 mm (SW) or thin-walled TW. Knitted, thin-walled, polyester vascular patch, sealed with animal collagen, with additional reverse weave, permeability ≤ 5 ml/cm2/min, with marker, wall thickness 0.41 (Sizes and quantities are indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ)

Vascular prosthesisiowa dacron, woven, bifurcated, sealed with natural bovine collagen type I, seal resorption period up to 6 weeks, velored on both sides with larger external loops and smaller internal ones, no need for preclotting, complete lack of bleeding from the suture site,porosity ≤ 5 ml/cm2/min, wall thickness 0.38 mm, prosthesis equipped with a measuring cup. Vascular prosthesis, woven, bifurcated, sealed with collagen, externally veloured on one side, wall thickness 0.38 mm; porosity ≤5 ml/cm2/min, (Sizes and quantities are indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ)
