Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to obtain a system in the Software AS a Service (SAAS) model for managing human resources in the HR and payroll area implementing processes in the areas:
a) HR administration,
b) working time management,
c) calculation of remuneration,
d) service of the company housing fundconducted as part of the Company Social Benefits Fund,
e) controlling and reporting,
f) management of the organizational structure,
g) Self -service portal for employees
h) Self -service portal for managers
2. In the framework of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide the following products
andServices:
a) pre -transmission analysis, including the preparation of a functional project and a technical design,
b) adaptation of the HR system to the functional and non -functional requirements of the Ordering Party, contained in the contract on the order and in Annex 2 to SWZ "DescriptionSubject of the order "and agreed at the stage of pre-transmission analysis,
c) of data migration (data transfer and other elements defined in pre-transmission analysis from previously used HR and payroll systems by the Ordering Party to the HR system),
d) integrationHR system with IT systems of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter 3.2 of Annex 2 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract",
e) preparation and conduct with the contracting authority acceptance tests and security tests in accordance with the requirements contained in the chapter3....
