Description:
The subject of the contract is the acquisition as part of development work and delivery of fuses for sea mines pk. ELECTRONIC
1. Development work (PR):
The contractor will be obliged to implement the PR in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter 5 of Decision No. 116/MON of the Minister of National Defense of September 1, 2021 onknow how to acquire military equipment (Journal of Laws of the Min. Obr. Nar. item 188). The result of the PR will be the Technical Product Documentation (DTW).
2. Delivery:
The subject of the delivery is 2,400 sea mine detonators (consisting of a shell, a socket and a primer) ensuring the detonation of sea minesincluding:
1) 1,200 items under the basic order;
2) 1,200 items under the option right.
Details regarding the subject of the contract will be included in the Description of Needs and Requirements (OPiW), which will be provided to Contractors invited to submit initial bids.
