Description:
The subject of the order is the service of performing the function of the Contract Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the Engineer or, alternatively, the contractor) consisting in comprehensive support for the investment titled: Construction of three multi-family residential buildings along with technical infrastructure (including entrances, access roads, parking spaces for passenger cars), greenery and internal installations in the town of Ostrowiec w., at Hubalczykw Street, on plot no. 33/1, 33/4, 34/1, 34/4, 35/1, 35/4 (figure 19, sheet 2). The engineer will perform his activities in on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party in accordance with the concluded contract. The Engineer's service will concern the performance of activities including the preparatory process before the commencement of construction works and warranty liability, in particular: process management investment, and in swinging the body, the entrance, coordination, and budding the visit of the investment process visualized from the realization of the pn.: Construction of the three building buildings of the apartment multifamily in the technicians (including the commuters, commuters, place parking spaces for passenger cars), greenery and internal installations in Ostrowiec w., ...
