The subject of the order is the professional provision of services consisting in performing the function of a contract engineer (IK) for the WPF task (EU) Technologies of the future - creation of modern workshops in the Team Technical and General Education Schools No. 3 named after Edward Abramowski at ul. Harcerzy Wrze No. 2 in Katowice. Scope of duties: providing investor supervision over construction works performed as part of the above-mentioned. investment task, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) along with implementing regulations, in all industries, within the full scope of obligations. The implementation of the investment requires appropriate supervision of specialists in the construction, sanitary, electrical and road industries. Investor supervision services over the implementation of the investment task, are an essential element of the correct implementation of the investment.
