Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of a service consisting in performing the function of Contract Engineer as part of the investment task entitled: Creation of a stopping point for cycling, hiking and water tourism with the additional function of an integration and festival square, stage II in Ognica cz.2. The primary goal contract (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contract Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the Contract Engineer) will be effective, professional and reliable provision of services in the field of investment process management, acting as a supervision inspector and providing advice in the implementation of the tasks covered by the subject of the contract described in the Task Description - Connector No. 6.1.1 to SWZ. The combination of competences specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract for project management is intended to ensure comprehensive project management and establish clear rules of responsibility for its correct implementation, as well as to ensure efficient flow information.3.
