The subject of the order is to act as an Engineer for Investment I under the name: "Construction of land access to the Deepwater Container Terminal in the external port in Świnoujście". Implementation of the project entitled “Construction of sea and land access to Deepwater Container Terminal in the external port in Świnoujście” the Ordering Party divided into two key parts: Investment I - "Construction of land access to the Deepwater Container Terminal in the external port in Świnoujście"; Investment II - "Construction of sea access to the Deepwater Container Terminal in the external port in Świnoujście", for each of these parts, it is planned to appoint an Engineer (Contract Engineer) for the Investment Tasks to be implemented in the scope of each of the them. Subject of the order: "Performing the function of Engineer for Investment I under the name: "Construction of land access to the Deepwater Container Terminal in the external port in Świnoujście" includes in particular: provision of consulting services the process of preparing the Functional and Utility Program, consultation of the design process, consultation of contract templates prepared based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Equipment and Design and Construction for works of electrical equipment and mechanical and engineering and construction works designed by the Contractor, consultation of a contract template prepared based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction for engineering and construction works designed...
